Welcome to the 3rd Annual Dog-Friendly Tail Wagger Event! This exciting event features a 5K run, a 1-mile run, and a fun expo. Join us at the North Tahoe Regional Park, located at 6600 Donner Road, Tahoe Vista, CA. Don’t have a dog? No problem! The event is open to human runners as well.

Pet Network Humane Society is working to save and rehome animals in need right here in Tahoe. But did you know we do even more? Our Pet Network Community Hospital provides compassionate, high-quality veterinary care and is proudly AAHA-accredited, meeting the highest standards in pet medicine. Whether you’re looking to adopt, foster, or get trusted veterinary care for your pet, we’re here for you. Please donate to our fundraiser, here.

The Tail Wagger 5K and 1 Mile course features the trails at the North Tahoe Regional Park. Both trails have a mix of dirt trails and a section of the paved Pam Emmerick Memorial Trail. The courses start and finish from the main venue, a large grass field, and are a clockwise loop.
